Why hello you! I'm Elizabeth Rishel. Also known as your go to gal that creates special pieces of art for you and/or loved ones! I'm an all-around crafter and artist willing to make and try anything! I offer a variety of unique items for your viewing pleasure and purchase. I create anything from wreaths for your home (personal and seasonal), teacher signs, canvas art, painted platters and plates for a special occasion, items for your little one's nursery, and anything else you can believe I can tackle!

~PAYMENT~
Currently, I only accept PayPal for payment and because most items are completely custom we will not begin work until your payment has cleared.

~SHIPPING~
I use the USPS to ship all items.
All of my items are custom made and hand painted by me and only me. Upon your cleared payment, I am currently 10-21 days out on all orders. Your item(s) will be shipped within 24-48 hours of completion. If your item needs to be a rush order, a $10 fee will be added plus the difference in regular shipping.
We will provide a tracking number via email to you to track your purchase. Items typically take 2-5 days to be received once shipped.

~RETURNS, EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ITEMS~
I take returns or exchanges on most non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. I must receive any item back to me in perfect, resell-able condition to issue a refund or exchange. Anything custom or personalized in any way with a name that I can't resell is non-returnable. Shipping will not be refunded on a return for a non-defective item and you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to me as well as the shipping on another item for an exchange. It's best to get tracking when returning or exchanging an item as well as packaging it very carefully . Please contact me for the address to send returns or exchanges to.

~DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS~
If your item arrives to you broken, defective or incorrect, please email me immediately along with a photo. You can send the photo in a private message or to my email at LimaGreenDesigns@gmail.com
